And all your ways will be established.

Do not turn to the right nor to the left;

Turn your foot from evil.

Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither;

Welcome to New Salem Church

You will see throughout this website that we have many exciting things happening here. Our goal is to provide you with information about the various programs/events that we do together. Regardless of what event you attend, you will most likely find yourself challenged spiritually, and also find that you enjoy the time you spend in fellowship with other believers.

Spend some time looking at the “New Salem Events” page and our Calendar to see all of the programs/events that we have planned.

I am currently doing a sermon series entitled: “That You May Believe: A Study of the Gospel of John.”

Lastly, I would like to personally invite you to attend our “Wednesday Night Life.” Please come by at 6:45 pm to study and worship with us.

If you have any questions about your faith or are searching for answers, please contact me personally here at the Church.

We meet every Sunday morning at 10:30 am and every Wednesday night at 6:45 pm. Please come join us and see what God is doing at New Salem Church and what He can do in your life!

Yours in Christ

Latest Sermon

The Gospel of John is written to show Christ’s deity and to bring forth saving faith in John’s readers. The Gospel of John presents the most powerful case in the Bible for the deity of Jesus Christ. It is also presents the clearest explanation on the subject of salvation for those who would believe. The purpose for John writing his Gospel is in John 20:31 “but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.” I hope that as you listen to the messages from the Gospel of John, that the Holy Spirit brings you to that purpose for which John wrote, that you believe, and that by believing, you may have life in His name.

Blessings
Pastor Chris
